All registered persons will receive the instructor manual ahead of time, and Deep End Fitness foundational curriculum will be covered ahead of the Sunday in-person screener during a 90-minute Zoom session. Please prepare for a 90-minute, uninterrupted Zoom call on Saturday, May 4th at 10:00 am CST.

- Instructor Screener

- Written test (25 multiple choice and short answers)

-Practical application (coaching and instructing)

SCREENER:

-300m swim < 6min

-50m underwater crossover

-50m 10lb brick tow

-5min continuous bobs in 12-ft deep end
