An introductory demonstration to expose individuals to Deep End Fitness (DEF) and the application of water-based training in a low impact, mentally focused environment.
Demo will Cover:
- Mindset and breath work
- DEF Movements & water-based training exercises
- Stress Management
You'll need to bring a towel, a pair of goggles, and swimwear.
