I've never been to Deep End Fitness, can I register and attend this class? Yes! Deep End Fitness is for all levels: - Beginner swimmers - Intermediate swimmers - Advanced swimmers
Our sessions are designed with a careful approach to encourage swimmers of all skills and abilities to feel like they learned a new skill, got a "good workout", and feel raised up by our community.
This class will focus on the F.R.E.E. principles instructed by Lead Instructor Matt Michalak.
Schedule:
12:45-1: Circle of Trust, Safety Instruction, and Breathing Warmup (out of pool)
1:00-1:15: Skills Assessment (newcomers), and warm-up (returnees)
1:15-1:35: Skill Builder
1:35-2:00: Workout of the Day
2:00-2:15: Debrief (out of pool)
Reminder to bring:
- goggles, towel, swimsuit
