- Written test (25 multiple choice and short answers)

-Practical application (coaching and instructing)

SCREENER:

-300m swim < 6min

-(2) 25m underwater crossover < 80secs

-50m 10lb brick tow

-5min continuous bobs in 12-ft deep end
